Do I need a prescription?
Yes — every specialty or compounded medication requires a prescription from a licensed prescriber. Your doctor can e-prescribe or fax it directly to us, or if you already have one on file elsewhere, we can transfer it from your current pharmacy for you.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours of insurance and clinical review being complete, and arrive via temperature-controlled, tracked delivery on a schedule you confirm. Compounded formulations may take slightly longer depending on complexity.
Do you accept insurance, or is this cash-pay only?
Both. We bill most major insurance plans and Medicare/Medicaid where applicable, and also offer transparent cash pricing for compounded and specialty medications that aren't typically covered. Call us and we'll verify your specific coverage before you commit to anything.
How do I transfer my prescription from another pharmacy?
Fill out the form below with your current pharmacy's name and your prescription details, or call us directly — we'll contact your previous pharmacy and handle the transfer on your behalf, typically within one business day.
